MEET THE FOUNDER

Keanna Jones – Founder & CEO, SupportHER

Keanna Jones is a purpose-driven leader with a background in film production, logistics, and public relations. As a multifaceted creative and coordinator, she’s known for turning ideas into impactful experiences. After years of navigating the challenges of work, school, creative pursuits, and facing a lack of tools and resources to succeed, Keanna created SupportHER—a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women through mentorship, resources, meaningful connections, and community support.

Her vision for SupportHER was sparked by her own experiences of being overlooked, underestimated, and unsupported in spaces where she showed up fully. Rather than stay silent, she decided to create what she wished she had—and to pour back into herself the same energy and support she had been giving to other businesses and individuals: a supportive, inclusive space where women could thrive personally and professionally.

Keanna’s leadership journey began early, working with numerous organizations and holding impactful roles such as President of Woman to Woman at Georgia Highlands College, Vice President of Ladies of Distinction and Secretary of PRSSA at Kennesaw State University. Through her collegiate efforts, she earned honorary cords, the Leadership of Distinction Award, the Diversity Team Award, and the Steve Burns Award—honoring her dedication to service and excellence.

Her community service extends beyond the classroom, including mentoring students at her former high school with college and financial aid applications, helping feed the homeless, and assisting newly started business owners with foundational planning, PR services, or wherever she was needed. Keanna has successfully curated events to help businesses gain brand exposure, and built partnerships that reflect her passion for women’s advancement. Whether she’s leading behind the scenes or stepping into a room to uplift others, Keanna remains committed to making sure no woman is left without the tools or tribe she needs to succeed.
